About Neal D. Futran
Neal D. Futran, M.D., D.M.D., is UW's Allison T. Wanamaker Endowed Professor, chair of the Department of Head and Neck Surgery, director of Head and Neck Surgery and adjunct professor in Plastic Surgery and Neurological Surgery. He is listed in the Best Doctors in America. Dr. Futran strives to provide the ideal patient experience and state-of-the-art care for head and neck issues. He believes no question is too small, and listening to the needs of patients and their families is central to achieving optimal and successful outcomes. Dr. Futran earned his dentistry degree at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.D. degree at the Health Science Center at Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Futran is board certified in both otolaryngology and oral and maxillofacial surgery. He is associate editor of both Head and Neck and Oral Oncology.
