Resident Bio:

Francys is a general surgery resident at the University of Washington. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and her MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. She has completed 3 clinical years and is now a postdoctoral research fellow at UW’s Surgical Outcomes Research Center (SORCE). She enjoys living in Seattle with her husband Nate and their kitty Mufasa.
